Show Caller is built by Smith Creative Technology ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver the product and process payments.
Account & licensing: When you purchase a license or start a trial, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Paddle, our payment provider). We use this to manage your license and communicate about your account.
Show data: Show Caller runs on your local network. Your rundowns, cue data, and show files stay on your Mac. We do not have access to your show content and do not transmit it to any server.
Website analytics: We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details directly.
When you activate a license, Show Caller communicates with our licensing server to validate your license key. This request includes a machine identifier and your license key. No show data or personal content is transmitted.
